Love this show! I've seen reviews that complain that it's too light-weight. That there's no real drama and that everything turns out ok in the end. But to me Eureka is just fun. Very likeable characters, well written, and well acted. There's no swearing or gratuitous sex/violence. Sure it's fluff, but feel-good and entertaining fluff. And i applaud it for this. If there's a place for gritty and hard-hitting stuff like The Walking Dead & BSG, there's definately a place for the fun stuff too.
the symbol at the end is called "pie", 3.141592654 (and it goes on forever) and its a pun because apple pie is a classic american food, so they just made a joke by replacing the word pie, as in food, with pie, as in the math term
