Sweetie, it gets better, trust me! God is faithful! I am twice your age, and have been fired 4 or more times in my life. I finally found my life's career at around 40, after having been told that I was lazy, sloppy, not good enough, not fast enough most of my life. I found something that I loved to do, and I took off! I pray that the same will happen for you (but earlier in life, of course)...hold on, hang in there, pray for God to show you what to do...be open for new job possibilities...
that lady that fired you is an ass, sorry to say that, but she is, she did not even give you 30 days chance at it, gosh, but any ways keep your head up , my brother has been jobless for 2 years and counting, this economy really sucks , maybe that job was not meant for you , hugs girl
I totally understnad, I have been there so many times. Things get bad and you wonder where God is. You know he is there and when we pray we wait on his time, not ours. He usually gives the answer at the last hour. Being in pain doesnt help depression. I found 800 mg Ibruprofen every 8 hr helped me when my teeth started going bad. Praise Him through the storm girl, that is key! "I lift my eyes unto the hills, where does my help come from. My help comes from the Lord,creator of Heaven and earth."
God works in mysterious ways. Living the Christian life is not any easier than living the non-Christian life. I was watching a video from Mark Lowery some time ago, and he had the perfect analogy. Life is a series of highs and lows. The Bible tells us that Christ said that he came to give us life more abundantly. As Mark was telling this, he was raising his hands up and down like a wave, and when he said life more abundantly, the waves got bigger. Life is just that Life, live it abundantly
I know it's not easy putting urself out there for the whole world to see but I admire ur honesty. If u didn't believe it woudln't hurt so much. Draw close to Him & He will draw close to you!! I'm praying for you. Call a dentist & get that tooth looked at. They will see u the same day u call if it's an emergency. It sounds like u need a root canal. Don't put it off. I don't know if u have dental insurance but don't let that stop u from going. They will work w/u. Take care!!
Melissa, my heart is heavy for you! I know you hear this all the time but ur going to hear it again, God loves you & wants u to b happy & healthy! Life is full of ups & downs, they are called seasons. I'm sorry u lost ur job but it's only bc God has something better for u. I know it doesn't seem like it but it's true. Right now is a good time to focus on ur relationship w/Him. Put all ur trust in Him...no matter how bad things look. I know it's not easy but that's what faith is.
