  • Nice Video. Can you tell me it is okay to input complex number(like (a+bi) or polar form) and solve?

  • @ccya965042 Yea you can do that. Just be sure to use the imaginary "i" letter for that portion of the complex number.

  • @AGKyle2010 Thanks for the information:)

  • @ccya965042 No problem...glad I could help. If you have anymore questions just let me know.

  • A bit complex but very powerful. Looked this up for some help. Thanks as it helped.

  • @Mancubus1970 No problem...glad I could help!

  • Thanks :)

  • @thakilla943 No problem...glad I could help!

  • But What are the calculations behind everything you just showed us? Does TI-Nspire CAS show the process step by step ?

  • well, just saying, im planning on getting the nspire, and i have the 83. The way i solve triple variable equation is through matrices, and the reduced-row-echelon form. I dont know if thats on the nspire of not, but thats how i do it on the 83, and its very easy to do there.

  • This is not a calculator, it's a toy

  • @heromiles Oh no my firend. It is definetly a VERy POWERFUL calculator. For anybody out there wondering I would definetly recommend buying a book to learn all of the features. It may take you a good 3 months to really learn it but once you do it makes life EASY!!

  • @KeyProphet I know this already. I own one. It's just that I play with it so much that I don't see it as a calculator anymore. For me, it is something I enjoy playing with. I can't say that about other primitive calculators.

  • How do you use TI-Nspire CAS to find the inverse of a matrix?

  • How do you use TI-Nspire CAS to find the inverse of a matrix

  • just wandering where you downloaded the npsire cas calculator computer software from?

  • I downloaded it from the Texas Instruments website. It's just a trial version though...

  • @AGKyle2010

If you buy the calculator you get a CD key with the calculator to use the nspire cas software because its the only way to use the full potential of the calculator

  • Hi just i wuld like to know something i got a Ti nspire CAS nad i follow all those steps you did, but using anothere varibles an numbers so i found that the calculator show an answer but with another VAriable,... i mean if i used Solve({X^2+5y-6z=-1} X^2-4y-7z=0 ,{x,y,z})

    R= X=√(59c12-4)/3 ; y=((C12+1))/39 ; Z= C12 and 59c12-4≥0

I cant comprenhed !!! why thos variable in the answer...

  • @Putoemama It's because you have only input one equation and are trying to solve for three variables hence the "c" in each of your answers. You need to input 3 equations when solving for 3 unknowns.

  • Exelent video. You also have a good voice. Some of the videos people put out here, is just jo stressfull.

  • @Ymsetjenesta: Lol...well thanks :)...I was really tired, it was like 3:30AM and had been studying all day...thanks for the comment!

  • if u wanna solve a linear simultaneous, just use the gauss method it's faster, that calculater can do it, just press: menu : 7: 5, Im studying mechanical engineering too!! IM gonna have a MAster degree in 2 years^^:p

nice vid BTw! Do u know where can I find a program to calculate the stress of a structure? voyage 200 has it.... and Ti nspire cas is so fucking powerfull, 90Mhz arm cpu, 30mb o memory! and an awessome screen^^

  • Umm...I'm not sure...all I know for sure is that the Ti-Nspire can do damn near anything...now how to actually use it is a different story lol. I'm so busy with classes and everything that I don't have time to actually play around with it and figure stuff out. Where are you going to college at?

  • cool video

but could you show how to solve thisfor example :

    2x+4y(2a+4y)=

    thanks :D

  • Not quite sure of the example you provided and what you need to solve for...

  • first u didnt set the equation to anything so i just set to 2 and solved. in order to solve using the

ti nspire cas you use the method he showed in the video but only with one equation. but you cant put the equation in like that you have to multiply the polynomials out or foil first then you put in the equation and it should give you answer

  • Thank you VERY much!!! you saved my ass! I had been searching all over for this!

  • No problem...I'm glad you found this helpful!

  • Thanks for the info, does this work on the non cas nspire?

  • Umm...I think it does...I'm not for sure though.

  • Thanks for posting, that's a great help!

    Odet

  • No problem...glad I could help!
