Unfortunately, we have not installed any kind of yaw control. Our aim was to save weight as much as possible. But indeed I was a little bit afraid to use the nose gear immediate before takeoff. You can see it, it is very filigree and therefore we decided to use it only for low speed steering - good to watch as the plane rolls out after landing...
I am interested in your work - do you have some pictures of your plane?
I see. i have a carbon center section for electronics into which the wings bolt in. Im working on a new wing now that will also have this carbon center piece. I have found the completely carbon wings to be heavier than basic foam and tape. I do however put alot of carbon stiffeners into the foam wings.
Mh, maybe you show me some building pictures of your wing and we could discuss some steps in greater detail. Unfortunately, I am not working on a new project at the moment due to the lack of time:-(
great controlling and nice landing sir! the thing has so much wing it kinda floats still in mid-air - a loooot of lift. btw it's almost like a "flying wing" though aint it? almost no fuselage part.
Awesome plane!! The music was distracting though.

Getting it landed in one piece was a terrific accomplishment.
I'll bet someone had to remind everyone to start breathing again... lol
Nice work.

Nice plane
Ive done some work on composite rc planes
How did the yaw control work on the ground?
I have seen that the landing gear becomes useless before takeoff speed. Did u install tip rudders or drag rudders?
Beautiful planes and nice flying
