It's on "Into The Light" by Nuclear Blast Allstars. It's an awesome album, and this song is definitely one of the highlights. Good luck finding it, and I hope you enjoy it asmuch as I do!
Also, Marco is easily one of my favorite clean vocalists. One of my favorite vocalists in general, actually!

Not the case. His voice has aged gracefully and even improved, but it's quite different from the voice he possessed in the 80's. Back then, his voice was a lot more clear, had a bit more of an accent, sounded a little deeper, and just generally sounded younger. You can easily connect Marco's current voice to his past voice, but there are differences.
I think just as years pass by, the style of tarot changes, I mean they're sound can't be as it was in 80's!! So Marco had to change the way he sings. His voiced has actually aged a very little bit, but that "very little bit" has made his voice better( in my view of course) he will always be our Marco though, the guy we love and we trust blindly no matter how old he is!
Its Marco therefore it rocks!

No, he didn't compose it. Victor Smolski composed the entire song. Marco just contributed vocals. ;)
