  • @MsArnaout Da hahaha ha !!!

  • Damascus is the cradle of civilizations and relegions

  • Syrian people are Life loving, they are peacful people, , religion is only between the individual and their God,In Syria it is the original true religion that based on Love for Humanity , not for a certain race only!

  • You guys in the West need to go places...and learn about other cultures...Learn other languages...

  • For all the dumb people in the west, there are just as many if not more who always go places, know many languages and love other cultures. I hope to go to syria someday.. :)

  • Yes, you should go. You will definately like it. You will see for yourself the history. There are many mideaval castles and old ruins from many civilizations.

  • thanks for uploading this great video.

  • I've been to Damascus. It's a fascinating city. But I don't know how easy it is for US citizens to get a tourist visa.

  • That's a great video about Syria...Thank You Diane!

  • seeing that makes me proud to be a syrian, she really spoke well about my country, cant wait to go back there in June. Souria Allah 7ameeha

  • How can you get to syria if you are from the us? I am fascinated by syria and would love to go someday but I hear it is difficult?

  • its not hard at all, if u have a green card or a us citizen it cant get any easier, just book ur ticket and go. i prefere u go with a tour guide rather then going alone otherwise u'de get lost. if u get a chance go to Aleppo it to has ancient ruins and its citadel is huge really worth the trip.

  • thank you for the info! Much respect!

  • I am an american who has been to Syria about 10 times. I am pleased to see for once a report about Damascus-Syria for what it is. Some of the questions though humour me when a viewer writes about having to cover your hair in a Mosque...I mean I have been thrown out of Churches in Greece and denied access to the Vatican in Rome for inappropriate dress. The US obsession with the Hijab (or so it seems) often baffles me...always the focus of so many questions.

  • we need more American reporter ho can see the world in good way like this video.not just bad

    propaganda .

  • diane sawyer... thank you so much for seeing syria from another perspective never seen before from anyone in the western world.

    thank you. 'one love'.
