Project 10410 & 10412 are in shore patrol ships . Project 10411 are missile ships (corvette).

Tthey can be fitted with just about everything available in the Russian naval weapon inventory from 14.5 mm machineguns and up, although obviously somewhat limited by the ships size and weight. Small anti-ship missiles can be squished in if requested by the customer. A patrol boat is a sub corvette sized ship (500 or fewer tons), designed for coastal patrol and defense duties, they tend to be guns only armed but can also carry torpedoes and missiles depending on its role.

@popper504 Aircraft carriers are useless without battle ships and submarines to escort them. Aircraft carriers can't defend themselves from enemy's warships or submarines. One torpedo from an approaching submarine will sink any aircraft carrier deep below the bottom of the sea. That's why warship such as the frigate is vital to any navy. It seeks out enemy's submarine and destroy it before it does harm to the aircraft carrier.
