  • I know this gentleman from another time - he used to play with the Cleveland Orchestra back in the 1960s under George Szell.

  • @winrx He still does...under a different conductor of course but yeah.

  • This guy did a master class at my school once. He seemed a little more put together and brighter than he does in this vid.

  • This dude seems straight up evil and...manipulative??? Is this right at all? lol. 44,000 isnt that uncommon for colleges now these days people, really.

  • what the fuck is this fool sayinggg

  • Unless you are striving to be the best of the best in music, I don't see how you would be able to pay off tuition without a loan...and then be able to pay back the loan...

  • This is most interesting. ** ***.

  • i always get lost in that damn building! omg if you go down that hallway and go right, thats where Marc Goldberg teaches Bassoon

  • Hi all. I'm currently a High School Senior.

I hope to attend Juilliard next year, if possible, for the violin.

Can anyone please tell me about the prices for that school?

and how they manage to pay for it?

    PLEASE contact me ASAP!

    thank you!

  • Hi i saw you comment about the vioin at juilliard for violin and i was woundering if you found any information? if so PLEASE let me know thx. Im also i violin player

  • all i know is tuition is about 30,000

  • Aaaand there goes all my hopes and dreams.:P

  • 44,000 actually, I'm looking into it myself

  • tuition should be VERY expensive because the teachers are practically private instructors and are some of the best in the world. violin is probably the hardest to get in for. good luck, you'll need it. to get in for violin means you are one of the best in the world. the lead violinist at julliard is a 6 year old korean girl. THAT's how hard it is. all prodigies

  • as long you get admitted, Julliard makes you won't have financial difficulties while attending school.

  • A lot. Expect to take out loans and be in debt your whole life.

  • @EricSuarezTrumpet I completely disagree with you. Some people think that Juilliard is some ticket to a successful career. You need to try hard and you need a little bit of luck. On top of that, money is a critical factor in the arts area so yeah, I 150% disagree with you.

  • It costs $30,000 a year, you can go on their website. I am a freshman in HS and hope to go for piano.

  • I HATE THAT MAN

  • hahahahah :))))

  • that's my cello teacher. lay off of him. he's a musical genius.
