point is that it was detecting the cop's instant on minutes before he even came up to him. If you dont know what instant on is then dont watch this video and enjoy your tickets

At first I figured maybe that initial alert with a false alarm since you are in an area with many shops, however then I realized it was KA and those a rarely false alarms.
