@Hillebrand1 cirno is a fairy from touhou, but the ⑨ came about because in the Phantasmagoria of Flower View (Touhou 9) manual, she is labelled as ⑨ as well as an idiot. Additionally, in the ingame dialogue, Cirno shows herself to be very childish and of below-average intelligence. As a result, fans started to label her ⑨ and idiot too. It is not because there is a spell with ⑨ in the name.

In all honesty, this is the only remix of Septette that really carried through to the end for me. All the others either fizzled out midway or just mauled the original song to the borders of absurdity - this version was, in a sense, more fitting than even the original. Now I feel the need to go and cry manly tears.
