Just because you can play music , doesn't mean it belong to you, too many people have profited from other's innovations and didn't honor their natural copyright to their creations...
you will find a bloody body in your closet hanging there haunting you and will kill you and ur family and if u want to stop this just sends this to 6 videos in 30 mins
(i don't believe in this, but ill have nightmare if i don't do it)
@Bestasona EC uses whatever he reckons suits the song. 90% of the time that's a strat, but he plays anything. He started with Gibsons, but so the story goes, loved Hendrix so much, went and got a strat and that became his main axe.
@Bestasona Yes he did and sounded great too. You'd have to ask EC why he stuck with a Strat for the whole concert, but I've seen him playing various Gibsons and accoustics (Martins I think) over the years.
Started listening to Eric Clapton when my father got MTV Unplugged CD. I was 3 years old then. Now I'm 19, my dad is 72, and we are going to see Mr. Slowhand live in Chile, on October's 16th. Thank you, Mr. Clapton!
@marticeltractor My situation is very similar to yours. I've seen Clapton twice with my dad, once was on Father's Day as my gift to him. Enjoy the experience; there's nothing like seeing a legend in person. :)

What? He is using a Gibson?

@Bestasona Of course! He played even Layla on this guitar... the unplugged version! I think in Japan, a few months ago.

@EmuStrat He used a Strat at the 2005 Cream Reunion. I suppose a Gibson SG would be the best option for that particular situation...

Nobody really cares what type of guitar he plays, as long as he plays!
