I have a question....are you absolutely sure that is a 1946. I thought the war (ww2) was still on in 1946 and they had not resumed production. Check that out and see if its a 46. The reason why I am interested is that my dad bought one of the first post war plymouths in 1947 and I was under the impression that 47 was the first post war Plymouths.
Looking good, will you require an engineering certificate for rego here in Australia we need about 4 different engineering inspections before the final approval is given.
