Actually N95 DOES HAVE Accelerometer.

Games Like Asphalt 4 use it well.

Nokia just dont put it by default.

Every N95 has an accelerometer built in and you can not "turn it on" (or off) as it is a hardware component. You can however enable or disable the effects it produces on the user interface. The most common effect is of course the screen rotation, which can be enabled via Settings > General > Personalisation > Display (FW v30 or later, earlier firmwares need an accelerometer plugin and the RotateMe or any similar application).

this game is not fake, the accelerometer is built for the phones camera, with a plugin this feature is fully fuctional, the screen is also delayed because the accelerometer doesnt move in sync with the screen (small downfall) the hardware is even in nokias specs

Yeah, although its tiny 2.6" screen at coarse 240x320 resolution doesn't look too awesome with games or just anything period. I'd like to recommend N97, but at present it costs way too much.
