  • They should of got Paul McCartney to do another Bond score, this was amazing.

  • stop those stupid ads

  • OK, who are the 16 dislikers?? Friends of Mr. Big, "Tee Hee," "Whisper," and the rest of the bad guys?? By the way, the guy who plays Baron Samedi and who did the night club act early in the film was Geoffrey Holder, who later did a famous tv commercial involving the "cola nut." I think it was for 7-Up. Whatever, he had a voice that was the forerunner to James Earl Jones. Very distinctive voice and accent. And I think it was him on the front of the train at the end of movie.

  • 007 Live and Let Fart

  • Roger Moore was my favorite James Bond=]

  • Baron Samedi, really creepy character.

  • I forgot that Papa Shango was in the movie....

  • the end of this movie is really scary with that voodoo man hanging on at the end of that train laughing (shivers)

  • @doctorw2 Out of all the amazing Bond moments, that's the one that stays with me. I remember watching the movie as a kid and being terrified right at the end! Great stuff.

  • @Nunkynick lol same that guy freaked me out as a kid! xD

  • @doctorw2 The character you're referring was named Baron Samedi, he was portrayed by Geoffrey Holder, who is better known for the 7 up "Uncola" commercials

  • this music is my life......before:live and let live.....now I just say fuck you!!!!Live And Let Die!!!

  • Even though I don't give a shit about the Beatles, the McCartney version is better than the GnR version.

  • ..WOW his band, Wings, rly did this song, now im surprised XDDD seriously I didn't know they did a James Bond theme

  • WAIT WHAT Paul McCartney was one of the bands that did this song 0_0

  • I laughed out loud at the fart

  • paul its best.its a verry good song!

  • +10 likes for the song, -10 unlike for the fart. Dum......ss!!

  • Guy, Wings is the band that paul did after the Beatles

  • Whenever a Beatle leaves its colony, it forms Wings.

  • 'Who's Wings?'

'Only the band the Beatles Could have been!'

  • thi is the absolute best 007 theme song ever

  • Nobody does this better than Paul McCartney, Linda and Wings.

  • @freutty naa the best theme has to be casino royle or tomorrow never dies ;D

  • This is my most favorite bond theme!

  • When I was eight and I watched the intro to this movie, I had nightmares for the next two days. Now, I watch the movie every week.

  • LOVVEEEE THIS SONG!!!

  • we gotta live and let die the ten people who dislike this song

  • This is the only James Bond title song that i heard before i knew it was a James Bond song the others introduced me to new music and some bands and singers i never heard of before.James Bond and his songs in the opening are forever!

  • Baron Samedi is telling me to check out his 007fans channel lol

Great song, catchy too, it's like a roller coaster of emotion.

  • dont thumbs up the 69 thumbs up comment mine either

  • i got all bond movies. theyre so classic and so gooooood :D i never get tired of them !

  • lool

  • I wanna do a movie about a REAL female version of James Bond, who drinks, smokes, and has sex with men half her age. The theme song would definitely be based on the Goldfinger theme, but if there's a sequel, it would so be based on this.

  • @RandyPantheGoatBoy I'm doing that myself. I'm writing a series of a French female agent who's not a bad guy or a good guy and she appears to be anti-lesbian but despises men but she's a lady when not fighting bad guys but extremely deadly when she does. She'd be a smoker and somewhat a drinker especially wine or champagne like how Bond does the vodka and she's a very tall woman (71.5 inches) between the ages of 29 and 43. She's only in the early stages of graphic novels for now.

  • @RandyPantheGoatBoy I'm thinking Zoe Bell as the main character.

  • I thick this one top them ALL.

  • Wonderful song, terrible ass movie. Roger Moore sucked, but better then that half ass on time shot piss poor excuse of an acting job. But still. At least Timothy Dalton knew when to quit.

  • Paul McCartney did an amazing job with this song. He truly is a musical genius.

  • hahaha at the fart.

  • honestly, the song was the best part of the movie

  • I have adored James Bond since i was a spratt. Sean was the best Bond He made a BIG mistake to leave this role.... but Roger Moore was the second best 007....

  • Roger is Simon Templar "The Saint", just as Sean is Bond, Other actors can play these roles but the original actors who brought these characters to life with the general public will always have a special place in the mythology of these characters.

  • 1.Moore

    2.Connery

    3.Brosnan

    4.Lazenby

    5.Dalton

    6.Craig

  • Comment removed

  • This bond is Roger moore.

  • 1-Moore + Connery

    2-Craig + Dalton

    3-Brosnan + Lazenby

  • hmm was the fart a part of the theme song cuz i alllways farted in the beginning of the film =\

  • رائعة صحيح

    تشبه اغاني البرو

  • lol the fart was awesome:P

  • This was the best Bond theme ever and Mc Cartney's best work after The Beatles.

  • Wings did a great job on this tune............. but the world already knows that !

  • BEST BOND THEME SONG EVER!!!!

  • Best Rogger More Bond Film By A Mile

Best Theme In A Bond Movie

    Period

  • true commet why is there fart at the beginning

  • Didn't Paul McCartney and the wings sing this sing??

  • paul McCartney and his wife wrote the song, it was released by Paul McCartney and the wings

  • It actually was just the Beatles before they broke up. :P I know because my dads a fan of the Beatles.

  • Why The Hell Is There A Fart At The Beginning????

  • @Zicko1000 Because hes cool like that XD

  • @Zicko1000 I thought it was joke for "In Her Majesty's Secret Service because it was you know...a terrible movie.

  • @Zicko1000 Well, he had a microphone in his hand and was ready to record from a recplayer and then he got this feeling of gas....and couldnt hold it...and then the fart got out loudly....

  • @Zicko1000 Because this music plays when James Bond farts.

  • @Zicko1000 because its funny

  • @Zicko1000 sorry

  • @Zicko1000 maybe to stop people downloading this song in fulll...

  • @Zicko1000 hehe... maybe it was goldfinger who let one off. or MAyybeee Q :3

  • @HaterzOwnYoAss Well theres many James bond music that rock like "Goldfinger" "On her Majesties Secret Service" and much more *Looks for more james bond theme that he likes to comment about*

  • @HaterzOwnYoAss And how!

  • @HaterzOwnYoAss I think that Fergie messed it all up, check it out for yourself.

  • @HaterzOwnYoAss its from them -.- bond only use it for it ..

  • @sniperhell124 lolwut. It was written by Paul McCartney.

  • @HaterzOwnYoAss heey. stfu about Guns N roses.they did atleast thier best. if justin bieber will do this song it will be fucked up.

  • best 007 theme song

  • Nice title song, one of my favorite. Ironic afer Bond dissed the Beetles. :P

  • Live and Let Die is one of the best Bond movies ever. The main theme song wasn't the best but still respectable song from gorgeous Paul McCartney and Wings

  • This Is Not the rhite Back ground for the live and let die one it has the other gun to kill them

  • Well here's something for you:

Yaphet Kotto went on to do Homicide: Life on the Streets for NBC and Jane Seymour went on to play the title role to the CBS Drama Dr. Quinn Medicine Woman and as for the song Live and Let Die, it was remade by Guns 'N' Roses.

Roger Moore was Da Man when it came to Bond, but I think that after For Your Eyes Only, he wanted to move on from Bond, but Octopussy was good, but his last film he says was his least favorite and I can't say as I blame him.

  • Yaphet Kotto also played Parker in Alien.

Roger Moore was one of Ian Fleming's favorites to play James Bond first, because he liked him so much when he saw him as The Saint on tv.

Fact is Roger Moore first played James Bond in a short comedy spoof from 1964, the same time Connery was doing Goldfinger. Connery himself thought Moore would make a fine Bond and recommended him to the producers since no money in the world could make him do Live and let die.

  • Thanks for the info, and also, here's some more facts for ya:

Paul McCartney's Version of Live and Let Die became a Top 10 Hit on the Pop Chart in The UK and it was a Top 5 Hit in America, Canada and Australia

It was also a Top 10 Hit on the Adult Contemporary Chart here in America and it was a Top 20 Hit in New Zealand

and also in 1964, MGM Television Introduced The Man From U.N.C.L.E. and Hanna-Barbera Introduced The Original Jonny Quest Starring the voice of Tim Matheson.

  • Thanks. I believe Live and let die also got an Oscar nomination for best original song. Should have won it too.

The Man From U.N.C.L.E. was originally to have been called "Solo", but during this time a character named Mr.Solo also appeared in Goldfinger, and they feared the audience might have mistaken him with the protagonist of the series. Anyway that's what commentator track says on the Goldfinger DVD.

  • and here's another fact:

Guns 'N' Roses version of Live & Let Die became a Top 40 Hit on the Pop Chart in America as well as in Austria and France and it also became a Top 20 Hit on the Mainstream Rock Chart here in America, it was also a Top 20 Hit in The Netherlands, Sweden and Switzerland and it was a Top 10 Hit in Australia, it was also a Top 5 Hit in Ireland, Norway and in the UK, but it was the 1st Single to reach #1 in New Zealand

  • Live and Let Die!!!!!

  • Pierce Brosnan is a naughty man, because two of his films are 15 and the other two are 12, but all the other ones (besides Daniel Craig) are all PG, not 12 or 15.

  • Why is there a fart at the beginning lol!?!?!?

  • @CommanderYoda cause you farted at the beginning Lol?!?!?!?

  • I love this movie!

  • good movie good tune drop the racism pish nae cunt cares its just a movie ya nutter

  • the name is bond james bond

  • underrated movie

  • yep, people cuss it because moore was 'too young'. i laugh when i see those comments, moore was 37. seven years older than lazenby, 5 older than connery.

  • Roger Moore was born in 1927, making him 46 at the time (1973), not 37.

  • how is the movie racist jackass. Bond fights a heroine voodoo cartel, what are they supposed to be white people? its common knowledge that black people are the ones who participate in voodoo not whites...

  • Your name's cool.

  • Great song

  • first time i watched this I saw like 20 black people in the beggining and i said "where is this louisiana? "

  • I think there were shootings somewhere in Louisiana. There was a Louisiana Freeway Billboard freeway & a Louisiana State Trooper's car.

  • Omg thnx I love this song the fast part lol :P This is one of my fav James Bond film of all time,Roger moore is my hero I love saun connery too!

  • Paul McCartney sure can make good music. It was a good movie, ten time better than one of craigs. Good Memories !

  • The song was great, the movie... not so much. It should have been retitled, "James Bond vs stereotypical black people" or "James Bond fights the uppity negros".

I'm not one to promote political correctness, but that film was straight up racist at parts.

  • I'm African and I think your position is bollocks!!!

  • Who gives a shit if you're african? Doesn't make that movie any less racist, doesn't matter if an African guy liked it.

If you're going to argue, then argue. Make a point next time.

  • lol

  • This is perfect for a bond film it has great tone like the other bond themes.

  • I think this song is good for James bond when it kicks in and sounds dramatic but sometimes its sound more like a song for a country or western film.

  • I love this song XD

I love the 'Helllllll' bit XD

  • yh solitire maybe the most prettiest bond girl.

  • I think the part at 1:34 brongs the song to a screeching halt almost. It's a part that doesn't feel...badass. The rest of the song is though.

  • they based the saw theme on this

  • damn i love solitaire in this film she's the fittest bond girl ever

  • Oh yeah, saw definately have stolen a bit of this.

  • very goood song i think

  • 1: Connery/Moore

    2:brosnan

    3:craig

    4Lazenby/dalton

  • I think this song comes off as way too silly for James Bond.

  • 1. Roger Moore

    2. Sean Connery (these both are unbeatable!)

    3. Timothy Dalton / Pierce Brosnan

    4. George Lazenby / Daniel Craig

  • I am so very glad to see that there is someone that thinks that Moore is the best James Bond Actor. I wish he did more Bond Flims.

  • 1. Sean Connery

    2. Daniel Craig

    3. Pierce Brosman

However noone was a match to Sean Connery

  • Very true Kiko.

  • You like Daniel Craig? His ones aren't like the old ones.

  • yes, but i never was a huge fan of pierce brosman movies..and i guess he has the profile needed to

  • yeah i also think Pierce Brosman looks more like a smooth, slick, spie. I guess no one LOOKED more perfect as a bond then him...

  • 1.Roger Moore

    2.Pierce Brosnan or Sean Connery

    3. others

  • Was it Roger Moore or Sean Connery in this movie?

  • Roger moore. You can also see it in the cover

  • @plykshow lol

  • What kind of stupid ass question is that?

  • I'm not exactly a big fan of James Bond, I wouldn't know.

  • okay

  • 1. Sean Connery (can't beat YOLT, and FRussiaWL)

    2. Roger Moore / Timothy Dalton / Brosnan

    3. Craig

    4. Lazenby

  • the world is not enough by garbage(had haunting voice of shirley.) ....best...and casino royale was good too...

  • my fave theme song was the one from everything or nothing, unfortunatly i cant find the original on youtube

  • Love the song, but in opinion it doesn't fit as a Bond theme for the entire song.

  • I think Roger Moore and Sean Connery were the best bond's. Altough Lazenby and Brosnan weren't very much behind. Dalton ain't just a bond. And Craig is russian KGB agent. He's a very good actor but not a bond

  • 1. Roger Moore

    2. Sean connery

    3. Pierce Brosnan

    4. Timothy Dalton + Daniel Craig

    5. George Lazenby

  • i have to say the list is good but Connery is first then eather moore or dalton but that is me and my opinion.

  • Plyshow!!! I have seen James Bond since i was 3 years (then i just loved the action scenes) and That list is the same as mine!!!

    1. Roger Moore

    2. Sean Connery

    3. Pierce Brosnan

    4. Timothy Dalton + Daniel Craig

    5. George Lazenby

  • 1. Sean Connery

    2. Pierce Brosnan

    3. Roger Moore

    4. Timothy Dalton

    5. Daniel Craig

    6. George Lazenby

Personally Connery and Brosnan do it for me over the others.

  • @plykshow I agree that Lazenby was a terrible actor (what would you expect from someone who had only done Australian commercials?) but "On Her Majesty's Secret Service" was perhaps the best Bond movie. Character development, a vulnerable Bond, almost no cavalry to back him up... Much more exciting than the usual impervious Bond.

  • Switch Sean Connery with Pierce Brosnan and I agree 100% :)

  • @smcmillan88 Are you retarded, only one of Brosnan's movies was good.

  • Yeah, best Bond-song. Though i reckon Casino Royale was pretty good too.

    Only time will tell...

  • One of the best songs ever

  • i love the random farts at the start of each video, and the themes

  • Thanks. I might place those farts in the others. I have a fart machine an dI record the sounds from that. The Fart on the 'Her Majestys scret service' video was the first video I used one.

  • possibly one of the best bond themes ever

  • Yes! I used to think it was the best, and i still love it, but -- and I am prob'ly going to catch a lot of grief for the following comment -- after listening to a CD I bought last winter that has all of the Bond themes, I have to say that my favorite now is ... The Man With The Golden Gun. I love the way that Lulu belts out that song that has a terrific beat with plenty of electric guitar music.

  • funky exciting Bond score perfect for the seventies Bond Roger Moore!

  • best movie best song!

    rock on paul!

  • Cheers. I like this song as well

  • thx plyk! and the mcartney version 2 thx, all i c is guns and roses now a days.....

i like them but i like this version better.

  • Well I prefer the Guns N Roses version but this one is still cool. I have been raised on rock songs. BrotherofPlykshow had the Use Your Illusion DVD on of GNR and I thought they were the best. The same way I became a Bond fan

    lol
