  • @migueld1az Scott Thornbury was born in New Zealand, educated in England and teaches in the US. He sounds New Zealand to me and he's very entertaining. Thanks for uploading it, thenewschoolnyc.

    The differences between British, American and New Zealand English are minor. For example, all correctly-written English requires a capital letter at the beginning of sentences. It makes it much more readable.

    it's really difficult to me to understand, i'm studying english , but american english and I almost never listen to British and the accent is different.

  • those generative syntax tree diagrams definitely added a touch of terror to my undergraduate course! in europe... :P
