I thought it was weird that the experts didn't see it coming. Seismologist monitor and usually predict these? FYI, the experts DID SEE IT coming, they just didn't know when it would happen. That part of the island had been rocked by violent quakes in the past, and so has the DR. An 8.1 quake struck off the northeast coast of the DR in 1946 unleashing a tsunami that killed hundreds, while it did not cause major damage in Haiti itself. It's amazing how people with at least a bit of education and an ounce of brain matter are swayed sideways by such crap as HAARP, or the predictable chaos of relief work.

HAARP cannot create reflected ELF for the simple fact that it does not emit ELF nor is the ionosphere a good reflector of ELF. However by pulse heating the ionosphere it can create a variable resistance which in-turn creates momentary partial restrictions to the flow of the local electrojet this causes ELF transmission by the electrojet at the pulse frequency of HAARP and is not directable.

Im not aware of what is meant by "subterranean intel". I can guess that it means ground penetrating radar which could be done by strong phased arrays but its not very useful if its stuck pointing up in the middle of nowhere Alaska. I do believe that a lot of what has been going on weatherwise is human interference - where I am in Scotland there are times where the vibrations in the ground make the doors shake. Could be drilling underground that I don't know about - could be a humungous big mole - jeez I don't know but it only happens early very early morning when most people are asleep.

If HAARP can manipulate the weather, why are some states still in severe droughts? The drought cost the government a lot of money. If they can make it rain, then why don't they. Also, notice the guy says, "many scientists" but he doesn't give any names to back up his claims. This is pure bullshit.

What I'd like to know is why haven't they searched the presidential palace for bodies - a facility that's packed with people, including the president (who the time of the "earthquake" should have been in there), aids, guards, secretaries, and all sorts of people.
My late grandfather worked at the palace for many years, so I know what goes on in there.
They searched the cathedral for dead bodies, but why not the palace?

Check my site. Norway has a similar device called EISCAT.
In the background of my youtube channel you see it. Seems it is as large, or even larger than HAARP.
In the ninth of december EISCAT where used to create a plasma vortex in the sky over Tromso Norway. Though both government and media are denying it.
