@tedtug Sometimes what a best leader can do is to be charismatic and boost the morale of their people, the advisers and generals are the ones who are doing the jobs. Define the term "horrible", most 80's-90's movies looked funky. They might not be state of the art but they're definitely cult classics that imprinted in our minds.

What's wrong with speaking with an accent? Blacks, white southerners, New Yorkers, Californians etc all share different accents.

Completely true, his plan isn't Communism, thats ignorant. It is closer to Socialism. However, the system doesn't work perfectly, perfection can't be obtained because humans aren't perfect. The system won't work in a large country and free market economy like the US. European countries are much smaller than the US. It works if you are poor or rich, not for the middle class. It works well if you have people that are willing to work to pay it off also.
