This was a great movie, the best performance by Redford and the movie could have been even better if it was more about these three making their life together in the wilderness
Hey, c'MON! How can ENNYBODY mess-up baked flour, salt or sugar & woodash (if not baking powder or sourdough -- and what self-respecting Mountain Man wouldn't have his own sourdough pinch?) And HOW could a Mountain Man not stomach ANYTHING halfway edible??? Easy enuff to show her what HE wants to eat.
