Don't get why people are hating on Graham Norton; he's not genuinely being mean and doesn't actually have a problem with Germany. He's just using the kind of sarcastic Eurovision commentary that's traditional for the UK. Terry Wogan did it and so he's just continuing the tradition of making fun of everyone because that's what Eurovision is; it's ludicrous but we love it :).
