I am not trying to hate or anything, but there is ONE thing that is ruining the scene for me, and i've seen this in MANY games. The damn feet are not stable, they are moving when they should be still. I mean, the foot in contact with the ground creates friction and a pivot point to move the other foot, but i see the "issue" of the pivoting foot "dancing" like it's on ice in many many games. This is the only thing ruining the animation for me. Try working on that bit a little more. Otherwise, GJ!

Also, the music you included did not help whatsoever.

It made it 200% less scary, and made it seem a bit like a business pitch.

And you may want to tweak the movement of their arms underneath the straight jacket.

I also just noticed that this was posted in 2009, so you probably have moved on from animating this, or have made your animating skills a whole lot better, or you won't pay any attention to this comment.
