@Saephoria It's not better if you're an investor looking to do a short sale flip or buy the property, but if you're a seller losing your home, and you have tried other things and KNOW it's going to foreclose, a deed in lieu is usually better.
I've seen a lot of video providing tips from different issues and they all do driving while making the video. Hope you will find more safer way in providing information about real estate. Great information though. But I am wishing for your safety.
Instead of doing the foreclosure process would it be better to do deed in lieu of?
