EC 1 Oxidoreductases: catalyze oxidation/reduction reactions EC 2 Transferases: transfer a functional group (e.g. a methyl or phosphate group) EC 3 Hydrolases: catalyze the hydrolysis of various bonds EC 4 Lyases: cleave various bonds by means other than hydrolysis and oxidation EC 5 Isomerases: catalyze isomerization changes within a single molecule EC 6 Ligases: join two molecules with covalent bonds.
Thanks for sharing the information! Very helpful. We have never tested the Prozyme by Humboldt. Is it clear in color or brown/black? How would you say it compares to say Cannazyme? Thanks again!

These are products that are not needed IMO....if your using beneficial bacteria then the bacteria will create the enzymes so adding even more concentrated enzymes is a waste and can cause you media to become out of balance. Save your money and use beneficial bacteria to be the source of your enzymes and keep the balance.
This companies make you think that they have discovered all this themselves, overpricing & rip you off, Enzymes have been used for long time, but few people know this.
You can use any high concentrated enzyme, (such as Pond-zyme or HTH Enzyme Cleaner, etc) which are more concetrated, work much better and much cheaper. Pond-zyme may be used as 0.8ml/gal and so HTH Enzyme Cleaner wich does a much better job and again cheaper. Go to a swimming pool store and get a botle of enzyme much cheaper.
@TopHeavyColas I would use enzymes from the beginning of roots up till I start to flush. 5ml/gal all the time. 10/ml per gal in peak vege and flower.......
@detroitluv82 Soluable powders can be added directly to the nute water. You can also sprinkle granular mycorrhizae into your hydroton or directly on the roots.......
@detroitluv82 I would go with myco madness if you prefer the humboldt line. It is soluble for hydro. myco maximun is a granular more for mixing with soil. Great white would also work......
Great video! Enzymes are beneficial for a plant's growth because they function to convert minerals into absorbable food for the plant. Without enzymes, plants cannot effectively use the minerals available to them and, as a result, it would be hard for them to use any mineral or nutrient to help them grow fully.
@cloccincash Sorry for th long delay....Add it to your regular schedule at 5ml per gallon all the time is the best way to use it. You can use 10ml per gallon during peak flowering and for flushing.......
Hygrozyme is great in hydro/aero. If you are not running a chiller to maintain temps at 70f or lower, hygrozyme is a great insurance policy to combat potential negative problems........
Have you heard of hygrozyme causing problems in hydro/aero? I've been told that if your water temps are over 68f that it will actually cause a rotting issue. great videos.

@JBarth22 I agree if your are using living organic soil method. The micro life should be keeping your plants very happy.
