@xbiglewx I'm not talking about political welfare, I'm talking about places that have nothing. No access to clean water and no opportunity...especially the children.  Worldvision sets up shop in these small villages and does not do handouts, they teach and install wells and help foster a farming community, etc. This is not about handouts.
