  • @ChangeYourLife2010 Yes, actually this is VERY easy to do. I saw a tuturial online about it years ago. Do a search & you'll find one. You have to first add a colorized beige hue to the entire image, then make the skin more pink or brown & color the hair. It takes some time but you can do it.

    -Tko

  • @ChangeYourLife2010

You surely can recolorize it, but by yourself. You won't be able to just get your colors back because a greyscale color has different RGB colors, but any RGB color has only one greyscale. So you can do RGB---Greyscale but you won't be able to do Greyscale---RGB.

Sorry for my english, hope you understand what I meen,

    Sk4y

  • You have amazing boobies! ...just sayin!

  • Great job :)

  • This tutorial was great, but to make here even more younger you could have lifted her nose and added a tan, also adding a little bit of makeup would be great to make her look alot younger! But overall a FANTASTIC tutorial. Thanks for sharing. Also check out my channel for photoshop tutorials to!

  • tnx for sharing your technique.. it helps a lot

  • also visit another youtube video-

    search by-

"The Most Easy Photoshop Air Brushing of all time!"

  • Thank you sooo much! I watched a ton of Photoshop tuts on YouTube and your's was by far the most helpful to me. I've been struggling for weeks with how to make a guy look realistically clean shaven who wasn't in the photo. After watching your tutorial, I managed it in a few minutes. Thanks again.

  • love that you explain this!!

  • Mmmmmmm illegally downlaoded cs5

  • WHY are you showing pictures of you ?!

  • you're so beautiful.....bye

  • Your voice is nice to listen to while falling asleep, I'm not saying you're boring it's just i'm sooooooooo tired and your voice is nice to listen to lol.

But you should use Vector Masks instead of erasing parts of the image, maybe you use them now since this video is old, but if not, I strongly suggest you read about them, they're my new friend.

And I'm guessing you opened the history box to show us?

    If not, ctrl + z / ctrl + shift + z.

  • great tutorial, thank you

  • omg im sleeping here :D , but good job :P

  • bla bla bla bla! 14 minutes!!!! YOU COULD MAKE THIS VIDEO IN 6 MINUTES IF YOU WANTED !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    PLEASE TALK LESS !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

OH GOD, I' M BRAZILIAN, I'M NOT A ENGLISH PROFESSIONAL, I UNDERSTAND VERY LITTLE OF THIS VIDEO, AND IS VERY BORING WAIT TO SEE YOU MAKING TO LEARN. TALK LESS PLEASE! I DON'T WANT TO SEE YOUR PHOTOS!!!!

  • @MagicasReveladas

Where is your courtesy and education, nobody force you to be here. Do not be rude, she is teaching a lot and free, and you are a good for nothing with no manners.

  • where is the tutorial to remove 30 days? ò_ó

  • Great tutorial! Everything was easy to follow. Great tips on every part that people may be stuck on.

  • talking too much about nothing. stay on the subject. It doesn't matter why you use the timer.

  • wow

    i like it

  • woow i love your tuts keep them coming plsssss

  • Shouldn't she have eye brows?

  • stupid

  • and she spended the most time introducting herself when really ppl wanna see how to do what she is doing for the old lady

  • she seems like she doesnt know what to say and stuff

  • Miska, completely agree with you.

She doesnt really know what she's talking about and in addition she talks as if she's talking to a baby.

And still it's very confusing for anybody who could learn from this tutorial. Everybody who knows more about retouching would see this is not the way to do these things..

I think you should take your audience serious and know what you're talking about when you make informational videos.. Poor tut, too bad

  • i think something is wrong! i freeze at 2:17 the before picture and wondering what's going wrong. why the hell a woman with so many wrinkles to her face have an absolute marvelous forehead, glowing cheeks, perfectly around the lips area ,a totaly clear chin and a fine neck? remember you told she's 70!!!! i am enlarging the picture and wow! that left side it's an awful MONTAGE! those wrinkles came from somewhere all right. then the job was easy.you dont fool anyone but yourself Tonya Fake

  • I think this tutorial was very good. liked that you spent a little time in beginning to tell a little .. those who may not like it, can just skip that part. no point in getting angry and rude .. I'm also self taught with some help of a few free tutorials. I think you did a good job and it helped me! keep up the good work and good luck! :-)

  • Thank you epak... I have not done another photoshop tutorial bcz I didnt think it helped anyone... but bcz of your comment I will share some more of my tips and tricks... Thank you.

    -Tko

  • @TonyaTko your tutorial was very helpfull, the technique that you use is a very comon one for photo retouching but regardless its very easy to follow and as others have said it was good that you take a little bit of time at the start of the vid where you tell us a lil about yourself. Keep up the awesome work tonya :)

    Russ.

  • @TonyaTko

Hello Tonya.. U R a nice person.... and pleaase don't say this video is not helping.. i love it and i used it on many pics of family..

so, best regards and happy days always

  • @TonyaTko I could not find the tool that u used for the wrinkles I found the patch now is not working or I don't know how to use it

  • i did't like the way you record your video...talking too much which is not related to topic...utorial starts after 3 mins....boring

  • 3:18 she begins the tutorial

  • your bofers are realy big xD nice vid helpfull

  • cool but i thing this techniques didn't work with high quality pic , your techniques make this pic really blurry , i know u try to keep a good edges on eye and lips , but all this technique didn't work with high quality shots , but after all thank u very much

  • you did a decent job for being self thought. I dont mean to be critical but you made her chin pretty pointy and she has no eyebrow, would you be able to teach how to make one?

  • THNKz a Lot...!!!

  • You remind me of my mom's friend that was always traveling!

You seem like a really nice person, wish I could travel too :D

And, your photoshop skills are amazing!

Thank you so much for uploading this tutorial!

  • Thank you, that was helpful, you made it clear and took the mystery out of it. I look forward to more of your tutorials. PS, you have a great voice for this.

  • ... Too Long Tutorial... i can just do that in 1 or 2 minutes... and who care's about the travel's ?

  • This is terrible. People pay you for your work? So many things wrong with this tutorial that I won't even mention them.

  • i pretty much hate ur voice :/

  • Wow! I can't believe how harsh some of your comments were. This is the first tutorial of yours I've seen and I don't understand how rude some of these comments have been. I know I'm getting PSCS4 now, because of your tut., so screw all those haters! I don't know why you were called "faggot" by

ciaranfinnegan2008. BTW , you spelled it wrong bitch! LMAO! I'd like to keep in touch as an apprentice of sorts if you don't mind & in return I'll share what I learn. Best of luck in yur work n travels!

  • @LadySakurra "faggot" is a slang word and slang can not be spelled 'correctly'.

  • Why would I waste time subscribing if you are "out for good"?

That wouldn't make much sense, would it?

Me subscribing to a person who will never post a video again?

    Absurd.

  • Thank you so much! This is great info! I don't think some of these people realize this was 10 minutes worth of work...some adjustments will need to be made. HUGE transformation in 10 minutes!!

  • haha'

Imma make my grandma's photo 30 yrs younger..

and give her for her b-day.. XDDD

  • awesome vid I didn't know that was possible I've got to get photoshop now

  • VERY INFORMATIVE,THANX.

  • You are wonderful!! I love your tutorials and commend you for working out on here. I'm totally inspired, sister!

  • I'm self taught in photoshop too, I'd actually like to pursue it though graphic design is fun for me :)

  • nice vid

  • thanks this was helpful

  • i had no idea the patch tool was so advanced, i'll start using it much more.

try using a mask instead of the eraser tool. that way you don't need another pretty useless layer slowing down your processor and adding weight to the file. the best part is being able to 'unerase' any part of the picture.

  • Yeah thats true, I should use masks more than I actually do. But either way there needs to be a working layer underneath so when you color out the portion of the mask there is something visible underneath to show thru. Unless you know a better way I have no idea about, please share. There used to be a way that I would mask out things with a sort of red brush, but Ive forgotten how do to that. Do you know where that is?

    -TKO

  • my bad, i reformulated my comment a few times and by the end i was confused : you're right about needing that layer even when using the mask but i still love how easy it is to correct a mistake without going back and risking to lose good work.

could it be that in cs2 the alpha channel was red and now it's black? i haven't used it in years but i seem to remember something about that...

  • i enjoyed this. something a little different. i know u do this as a means for travel, but for some this is a great "extra curricular" activity

  • its a great way to concentrate and work those "detail oriented" neurons!!
