@Beretta249 ... Ok let me make sure a retard can understand this. Animation cannot occur on paper. Animation refers to electronically made pictures that depict motion. They use paper backgrounds in the video. Any person who has graduated elementary school has used programs that are capable of such effects. A "doodling" pad could be the program "appleworks" or "photoshop." But you did not specify what a "doodling" pad is. "Animating on paper" is simply incorrect. It doesn't exist.
