Well, the Code 43 is a fuel supply/system problem. And if it's accompanied by drive ability problems it means your Fuel Pressure regulator has taken a shit. (I have a 1990 Integra and have the same problem). Otherwise if it drives fine your going to need to print out the troubleshooting tree and just follow the steps it says to take :/ Unfortunately I don't have the chart with me anymore. But, i would try getting a "new" condition FPR or something.
Ended up being my o2 sensor main wiring at engine harness side. 1 inch of it was corroded and had to be cut off and respliced. I decided to use the body ground chasis for ground and signal to o2 sensor.
Been holdup since, but I coverted to odb1. I'm pushing 155/121tq now on stg2 cams and tuned. Pretty much every bolt on u can think of.
