yes, they were all heroes. all 15 of them, but they were only showing 14 in this video. the 15th hero is razah(ritualist) and ones you hire in town are called henchmen. heroes can be obtained from quests and missions in all campaigns, however, henchmens are available in each and everytown but you don't get to tamper with their skills unlike heroes.

No you can't, it's just a hero that you can "own", but your character can only be human

I admit, neither this chapter or factions were as good as the first but, this is a great game and you should get all 3 chapters. I've been addicted to this game for 1 1/2 years now and i'm still loving it.
