Funny how that is NICE FLAT STOCK. I work for a National Corp, and all we run is recycled corrugated paper. Nice that we are not cutting down any tress, but sure does make our job as operators a lot harder. Oh yea not to mention to curr crew loves to flip hand fulls.

Mitsubishi Evol machine consistently runs 350 boxes per minute at my plant. Its also auto feed.

i used to work in a box plant , boring , repetative , hard work , but laid back atmosphere , average set up on older flexo 15-20 mins , average order size 3-6000 sheets , so it wasnt too bad . i would do it again if i had to

Very impressive. I have seen plaques in box plants that Emba gives out for record number of boxes run/ shift.

I was in a plant that ran a 37" Langston Saturn at real high speed.  Problem they were having was the Sun feedwheels were slipping on the hub. I sold him a split design that we had come up with that can't spin. Also the there is a knurl on the Sun feedwheel for better grip. Ran fantastic.
