no his sagat is not on mago or ojisan boy's level... not by a long shot. But what he lacks in raw skill he ore than makes up for with amazing technical knowledge. If you've ever spoken with him about sf4 you'll understand what I mean. He sticks with safe moves, and doesn't try anything spectacular, because sf4 is really all about fundamentals when you get down to it.

Online is crap. I live in japan, I play in the arcades of ikebukuro, the arcades that the likes of daigo play in. I play and beat ryu's a million times better than this scrub on a daily basis.
Zak is an okay sagat, these scrubs make him look better than he is. He's a long way behind the likes of mago, rf and ojiisanboy.
If your so good you'd know what a scrub is. Its a person who plays ugly with a small limit of tactics and once that tactic is sussed out, they dont know what to do.

The comp here has a problem with too many unsafe reversal uppercuts.
When you see the higest standard in other countries, you usually only see them thrown when the player has a stock to FADC on block or hit.
Naked fierce uppercuts aren't worth the risk at pro level.
