According to Wikipedia Don Francks voiced Dr. Claw whenever Frank Welker wasn't available, which was for 4 episodes in Season 1. However IMDb claims that Greg Duffell did the voice in two episodes and Reg Green did the voice in the remaining two. However, as can be seen on the comments on this page Duffell has said he didn't voice Claw, so could it be that Francks voiced him for two episodes, and Green voiced him for the other two? I am quite confused. Can anyone help me on this?

I think it was Don Francks the whole time. It sounded like him. It'd make sense, since on "The Coo-Coo Clock Caper" the only other character he voiced outside of Claw was MAD Agent Fred (the big fat one he always voices)

This is Greg Duffell. I do not believe I did the voice of Dr. Claw in this clip. It is most likely the voice of Don Francks. Welker's voice was recorded in LA as was Don Adams. Don Francks, Don's daughter Cree Summer, Dan Hennessey, Jeri Craden and I performed in Toronto. I did the voice of the cowboy in this clip and take full responsibility for not being as good as Frank Welker had he done the cowboy. I'm impressed anyone credited me for a voice, even by mistake!

Too bad Don Adams is not around today if he were still alive I bet he would have reprised his role in the Robot Chicken spoof of Inspector Gadget.
