Take note of the gun he's using, the SCAR, it does insane damage on fully automatic. When a gun is put on single fire it does MORE, let me emphasize that, MORE damage but at a slower RoF.

@DogBiscuitFace So, basically Power Armor was a trap meant to get n00bs to think they were actually getting protection. When in reality all the glowy lights represent the magnetic propulsion system that makes the enemy bullets hit you even harder. Your taxdollars at work.

@maxqubit Very doubtful since he is standing right infront of him standing still, Lag would not be an issue but you can see a delay between hits. THe damage detection and hit detection in this game I think are just fucked, or the armour is coded very poorly.
