Of course a lot of things dry us out, but the topic wasn't about those other things. I know sugar dries but not like salt. That's all I was ever saying. Anyways, If you hate talking to people like me why did you even start? I didn't need you replying to me with your bs. You can't handle talking to people like me because you don't know what the hell you're talking about and get passive aggressive when someone like me doesn't give in to you.
Salt is hygroscopic (absorbs moisture). Why on earth would you want to use salt scrubs and not sugar? Why would you want to dry out your skin? Olive Oil Sugar Scrubs are better for your skin than salt. "Expert" Village at it again.
@WillGotti I don't think that is fairly true because there are a lot of salt scrubs for the skin that you can buy at stores...it doesn't dry out the skin. I mean I use it for my face and it actually makes it smoother and hydrates it. I have no idea what you are talking about, do you even know what you are talking about? I've tried a sugar scrubs, I don't like it as much as a salt scrub. I think you need to do more research before you say something that isn't even true.
@RareJadeForest06 Think about this. When you go to a restaurant pick up your salt shaker, sometimes they put rice in. Why? Because salt absorbs moisture, rice is put in so it absorbs moisture from the atmosphere and not the salt you plan on using. Put salt on a snail, put it on an open wound. It's going to do some serious drying. That's not rocket science. You're telling me to do more research and you don't sound like you've done any at all.
@RareJadeForest06 Wannabe doctor? OK, I can accept that for the fact that you have nothing to substantiate that salt is better than sugar in this instance. If salt is your preference than that is all fine and dandy, but you can't tell me that it isn't a drying agent. Preference doesn't over rule fact.
@WillGotti I never said that salt is better than sugar...You need to do more research before you blabber on and act like you know anything. "All fine and dandy" lol I can tell you are very old...google is just one click away, do research before you state something as though it's a known fact. A salt scrub can be very good for your face, if it's drying, there is something called hydrating lotion so I don't even know what your point is. I'm done talking to you.
@WillGotti I stopped talking to you, why are you still blabbering? Just to let you know, a lot dries out your skin. Cleansers, water, and even sugar scrubs. You have to put lotion on your face afterwards anyway. This is my last comment because I hate talking to people like you.
Seriously woman, you have to learn how to relax infront of the camera, you rub your hands like every 5 seconds and move around to much. its quite uncomfortbale to watch. maybe you should be more precise and less hurried.
congrats-- engagement .. is that only for arms .. both sugar and salt u told for arms .. what actually it does .. smooth .. thts it .. and for face?//

Baby oil can leave oil stains on clothes that wont ever come off! Be careful and wash it all off before dressing
Natashiwa808 1 year ago
