You might achieve the same effect with a directional tungsten lamp (a rectangular one in this case) behind you reflecting off the window. Then use good compositing sw to color correct its reflection off the window to look closer to the sun. Then apply emboss or other filters to make other effects look seemingly congruent. Mind you, tweaking it is tricky but doable.

A more convincing video is to shoot from different perspectives without windows and show progress over time.
