What did you expected, Saving Private Bryan, Plattoon, Glory?. Is a Tarantino movie, was not based in real history (other than the story about the German Soldier war hero maybe), and it was supposed to exagerate the gore and drama of the war. At least it did not try to be a racially PC correct Black WWII GI movie like Miracle at St. Anna. I loved the touch of the famous Leni Riefenstahl's Mountain movie opening the meeting between the Jewsih surviving character and the German soldier.

I think this video is probably correct in its thesis because this is just the kind of thing Israel specializes in, an attack that Israel itself perpetrates that is blamed on another party.

I think the video is probably right in its thesis that Israelis launched the rockets. Israel attacked the USS Liberty with the intention that the ship be sunk with all hands lost with the blame going to Egypt and Israel at the least didn't notify America of the impending attack on the Marine barracks in Beirut in 1983 (and may have supplied the enhanced RDX used in the attack). Also, the evidence points to Israel being heavily involved in the 9/11 attacks on America (See Bollyn dott com.)

this movie stunk, tarantino should not do war movies, hitler getting killed along side goebbels, borman and goering, come on! this movie was basically a comedy with attemps at drama topped with some gore. It was very boring and would not want to watch it twice, their was nothing historical about it at all, a WW2 movie with black comedy pffft!

What did you expected, Saving Private Bryan, Plattoon, Glory?. Is a Tarantino movie, was not based in real history (other than the story about the German Soldier war hero maybe), and it was supposed to exagerate the gore and drama of the war. At least it did not try to be a racially PC correct Black WWII GI movie like Miracle at St. Anna. I loved the touch of the famous Leni Riefenstahl's Mountain movie opening the meeting between the Jewsih surviving character and the German soldier.

Hes not the first director to "toy with" WW2 as you put it. Movies like kellys heroes, or the dirty dozen were his inspiration and they are hardly accurate movies. I dont see whats wrong with making a fantasy film set in WW2.

This was some of the greatest drama I've ever seen. What moments. Didn't find Brad Pitt terribly stimulating though, like all he had to do was goof off to act in this movie. I've seen people play better 'tards. Other than that, I will be owning this movie :-)
