You could pick any busy intersection in any Taiwan city and record that much incompetence.

Of course you are right. To us, it seems pretty silly to think that this is out of the ordinary. I posted these videos to show people back home how STUPID these morons are. When I talk to friends back home, they can't imagine that they really are as stupid as I tell them.
