All of this is a good idea but i suggest download a torrent that has the mods 1.3. If interested download it at pirate bay type in: Star Wars: Battlefront 2 (Full Official) + Mods . Its uploaded by xap4oru. (100% trusted) The reason why is because most of us host this version of the game. The only way you can join games is you have the same version of game on game ranger. ( If you have 1.0 trying to join a game of 1.3 = wont work.) Online gameplay works with gameranger! See you there!

Dude i got it working finally and i tried everything to bypass the cd key code to play online and couldnt. nobody gives any good info on how to use hamachi to play sw bf2 online other than open it up and thats it. so i bought it off steam and was online in just 30 minutes for fucking 10 dollars. fuck the hassle of doing this. 10 dollars was worth it as much as i hate to spend money on shit.

Actually if u want multiplayer you must download another program. The one i know is gameranger. People host it from time to time so try it out. It works with no valid serial.

For acces denied when extracting, I found out:

Extract the files somewhere else first, then drag the files into the program files folders. Don't extract it right into the folders.

Fix to the crash problem in Windows Vista:

Go to the CONTROL PANEL

double click SOUND to open it.

Now go to the RECORDING tab (second one over)

RIGHT CLICK in any open area within the tab

select SHOW DISABLED DEVICES
