hey i dont know if you've ever experienced this before, but i haven't gotten my period for 5 months because i exercise so much. Has this ever happened to you before? I know that cutting back on exercise is probably an option, but i really dont want to do that because i enjoy it so much and i'm not going to gain weight just to get my period back. If you know anything about this please get back to me, thanks!!!!
@riotgrrrrl1288 I would definitely suggest going to see a doctor. Sorry but you're going to mess up your body and perhaps not be able to have kids when you're older if you continue
@kaflilly I like to do a 2.0 incline, alternating between a 5.5 mph and 7-8 mph. I can't go the same speed or I'll die of boredom! I typically do it between 20-40 minutes. Hard intervals last 30-1 minute long. Easier ones 1-2 minutes long.

Whenever pretty girls run by my house, I like to sit on my front porch in my "Who Farted?" T-shirt, a beer in one hand, masturbating under a blanket. Exercise is so tough.

Also when it comes to cardio in general, what do you think of interval training?
