Yes, Ryou/Bakura is British but Bakura/Yami no Bakura is from Ancient Egypt, but has the english accent from Ryou. So kind of yes and no. One is truly British, while the other, more evil one, just has the accent. I hope that answered your question, or at least helped a bit and didn't confuse you as much as did is me right now. lol Sorry, I tried. Great vid btw XD.

Lol, Ryou is only British in the dub. In the original Japanese version, he's just from another school, not a country.
