its a cam gear cover and the name doesn't really matter for engine dress up unless your trying to hold a theme or make a big dollar build.

actually.. Your the opposite of right.. autos are much more efficient on turbo cars, you loose no spool when it shifts, and there not as hard on the turbo compressor wheel.. mine is an auto and turbo, and it does just fine at 16 psi..
