make thin plates with a slim layer of carbon fiber attach it to a thinner layer of titanium and finish the sandwich witha dual peice of carbon fiber. there is a man in columbia who makes bullet proof clothes light a regular clothes. make an under armour with it. wear it and use the first combo as a padding on your whole body. leave the joints open as well as the neck, the under armour will protect the joints.

try to get a thicker type of under armour. try this soldier boys

@sparkzamillion this armour is for motocross .. if you're talking about casual riding or racing on sport bikes then just the leathers will do you fine (race leathers have built in armour) or you can buy amour for biking .. you wouldn't want to wear leathers over that it would be absolutely roasting .. hope i was of some help :)

Type in motorcycle body armor on ebay it's dirt cheap even with the shipping... I had this on over a long sleeve and it saved my skin... armor cost $50...med bills $5000 without any broken bones.

yeah! true, it's hot when im on it specially during summer, but i don't mind about it. what's important is that im fully protected during rides and tours. i just make sure to change undershirt after reaching my destination. it's better to have perspirations than have broken bones. safety first before anything.

well if ur a new rider u wouldnt be doing crazy shit that would require u 2 wear one. i would go with elbow pads and knee pads. make sure they extend 2 ur ankle so you dont get your ankles screwed up from ur pedals.
