This would be mega cool on Nintendo 3DS, just imagine seeing the game at any angle from straight above to the left or right even tilted like Gauntlet Legends. I still hope this game sometime gets released, it looks great, even if it only makes it to the arcade I'd still go play it.

I really hate how they freaken change the characters' sex. Just make it like it always was damnit! Male Elf, Male Warrior, Male Wizard, and Female Valkrye! They're going to run out of characters soon! What's it going to be? Female Wariror and Elf, and Male Wizard and MALE VALKRYE!?

It looked like Contra III 3-D levels. . . I wish they'd make a GOOD console version like legends or atleast make legends VC. I've been missing it ever since it got stolen 3 or 4 years ago. gauntlet legends was a kick ass game with supreme replay value. they'd do well to just remake it. Graphics-wise that is. . .

I had this game in my hands back in December and i wanted it SOOO bad but didn't think it would disappear so quickly! By January when I went back to get it.. it was gone and I haven't seen it anywhere since! I saw it at EB Games here in Newfoundland, Canada. They said it was discontinued. I hope they re-release this now that Square Enix has bought out Eidos!

@HalfDemonThomas It is a remix of the Original Gauntlet intro. Other reprises were on Gauntlet Legends. The Altar of Skorne. It was a very fast paced one, the everyones favorite, The first level of the original Gauntlet.

MC Chris also made the song into one of his own Raps.
