In Vietnam, flight attendants and pilots have to bribe government officials to get their jobs. By this way, VNA is ended up with only poorly qualified people. That is why their English is so bad, their service attitude is so disturbing.

@JICAHanoi this is not always true, they are just related to the officials and the better related the less they have to pay ! Some time stewardess pay with their BODY
