that monster is called Narugakuruga its from the tigrex family and it appears in monster hunter freedom unite and monster hunter portable 2nd G.

It's not coming to America, every site I've checked says Capcom has no plans to realease it here, so you basically have to buy a japanese version and use CFW to english patch it.
