It's really toned-down for Gaga, which is refreshing -- but it still retains a feeling of high fashion and glamour. I fully support Viva Glam and the AIDS Foundation, but I don't think that this intro properly portrays what it's about. It was just two minutes of Lady Gaga's face and rustling curtains. Maybe I'm missing the point...but I wish that the intro actually had a phrase or some sort of representation of the cause.

As this is referred to as an Intro maybe the removing of the underwear at the end is the beginning of the story and we will see more of a story when the rest comes out. It is for HIV after all so I guess this could be something to do with it. Starting off glamourous and sexy then removing the underwear as if to suggest something is going to happen, and where the story could go from there...i.e very badly.
