@Tang526 You can always thin down acrylics with water. It looks like he's using regular acrylics, thinning them out with water for some parts and using them more thick on different parts, i.e. white on black.

At first I was surprised that he used acrylics, because of the blending in his work and the smoothness of his marks. I thought he used oils, but after seeing how quickly he works I can see the advantage of the faster drying time and ease of use for washes instead of glazing. Amazing work and skill.
