Ears are enough, i got one of those ball end bars for my ear and it was a little loose so it moved when i moved and the ball got stuck so i had to unscrew it, the ball is stuck in my ear now and has moved up from the hole about 1cm. I would get surgery to get it removed but thats expensive.
