  • good old days i miss these days

  • I'd be betting when WGN used to run these classic Flintstones episodes, these same bumpers were used.

  • Channel 11 use emotional blackmail to keep children watching.

I DO feel sorry for Mr. Wilson but I will NOT be watching Channel 11 because I don't believe Mr. Wilson gives two shits about Channel 11 especially as he does not directly benefit from me or anyone else 'saying tuned'.

Kids, if you feel sorry for Mr. Wilson and want to make a difference, donate some money to an old folks charity in his name. Don't believe the propaganda put out by Channel 11 and their bastard marketing department.

  • @Ricardosauve

    Yeah, that was funny!

  • how they fred get lock there

  • @mickeyears2011

    yeah,when Fred gets locked out...that is a classic..."Wilmaaa!"

  • My brother and I always wondered (when we were kids) why didn't Fred go through the window like the cat did? ;)

  • @Bluesteve32 When I was a kid, my sister ask me the same question. I said that he was too fat, lol

  • @Bluesteve32 .....great question....but then again, cartoon logic isn't real logic!

  • @Bluesteve32 I know, right? I never could figure that out, either. I guess either he's not too bright or too fat.

  • Yes, and Bea Benadaret is still listed as "Betty" so it couldn't have been too late into the series. I don't think anyone has made a suitable Betty since Bea.

  • Yeah, she was great. I loved her giggle. She was better than Gerry Johnson, the woman who first replaced Bea. Btw this is from season 3.

  • @stopthemachine I totally agree. To me, Bea Benadaret WAS Betty Rubble. That's why I like the first 4 seasons better.

  • whomever was talking over the ending song should have been fired.

As for the ending part, that was one mighty strong waitress who gave them ribs that can tip the car over.

  • lol

  • I still remember Channel 5 airing the Flintstones for most of my childhood. I think the show moved to 11 in either 1990 or 1991.

  • Gay always ment happy. Only a fool thought of gay meaning homosexual. That dumbass expression only lasted a few decades like 4 or 5. WTHck!?

  • "You'll have a gay ol' time!"

Didn't know Fred swung that way...

  • you do know back then gay meant happy or glad!

I know your making a joke but come on now we all know what it said.

  • Ya see? This is how society turns something wholesome into something lewd.

  • About a good 3+ decades ago I was in a Nathan's arcade out in L.I, with something called a "Kids Club House", an encased viewing hutch that for 50cents played a segment of a Flintstones episode. Throwing a bedspread tent over me & my laptop now, I can re-create that at home. Not the same without the fries, though...

  • YEP,this is before the kids, season three the kids came along.I really think the first 3 seasons would do well if aired at 7pm now. It was originally on at 7 or 7;30 back in the 1960's for an adult to teen viewing age. thanks for the 1960 memories again, and seeing a drive in theater too!

  • You're welcome. Yeah, this is defintely a season three episode. In case anyone was wondering, this was the episode titled, "Fred's New Job". It's a funny episode.

  • You're welcome! Yeah, this was way before they took off the classics to add all those lame court shows, lol.

  • thanks for uploading it...i remember when they showed it on channel 11.
