  • When he's looking away, and the camera pans and Brian Cox just keeps giving him the words I get goosebumps because of how the toddler just keeps reciting them without question.

  • what a fckin cute little man!!

  • I cannot get over how similar to Rainbow Brite this kid looks.

  • Theo, you are an absolute star.

  • Truly scary - grown up actors, watch your backs! ; )

  • @bailesj110586 what a lovely parent you must be, calling other peoples children "thick" Perhaps your child is more intelligent than this one, but this one is probably far more attractive than yours.

  • @bailesj110586 what a charmingly cruel and arrogant thing to say

  • @bailesj110586 logged in just to vote you down...

  • He has just made me consider a whole new meaning of "to be or not to be, that is the question" o.O

  • This is adorable. I wish I had more time with my niece to do things like this with her D=

  • teaching children about suicide, that's what I like to see! LOL!

  • 18 dislikes? SOPA supporters that hate the quotes from Hamlet?

  • This is what youtube is for! Enjoyed watching this.

  • Splendid

  • Amazing!

  • That's a very smart kid. Not all kids that age would be able to do that. Very cute

  • Methinks Hamlet doth need a nap.

  • I want his jumper!

  • Must be what teaching Megan Fox her lines is like.

  • 1:56 he missed a bit out there.

  • This child... Stole the scene from effing Brian Cox.

Good show, Theo!!! (And nice sweater, too!)

  • How wonderful!

  • No one cares who sent you here, just watch the fucking video you thumbs up beggars.

  • awww wonderful :).

  • I won't say thumbs up if Mr Fry sent you here because that would be lame :)

  • Stephen Fry sent me here.

  • @shinningneverwhy Me too!

  • @shinningneverwhy NOBODY CARES

  • OH MY GOD I LOVE THIS!!!

  • @breebreegirl100 Lol that sounds wrong lol xd

  • Omg that was sooo cuite and that was awesome that Brian cox was in it :)

  • OMG....SO MUCH CUTENESS!!!

  • Want Proof that Brian Cox makes the best villain? He can't even teach a small child Hamlet without seeming like he's playing a Shakespearean baddie. When he whispers "To suffer the the slings" is very villainous of him.

  • nice one kid.

  • lol... cox:) lol

  • smart kid!

  • So cute! ^_^

  • Yah

  • Hallo,

We've posted this on our Twitter (blainebrothers) as a #bingolink as we think more people should see this nugget of fun.

    Much love,

    The Blaines

  • Veeyyyy cuteeee kid

  • At least he is teaching him shakespeare and not biblephrases.....

  • Good vid.Such a clever kid

  • I met Brian on May 19th after one of his performances of "That Championship Season". Seemed like a nice fellow, although we didn't get to talk much because everyone was screaming for autograph and picture. He and I will have our time together soon so he can teach me Shakespeare. :-)

  • "to be or not to be? that is the question" "yeah it is"

  • thays so cute aw :o)

  • As of 4/16/2011, 16 viewers officially have holes in their souls.

  • Thank god the kid didn't mention... Shenanigan's!

  • Excellent!

  • I want Brian Cox to come over my house sometime and teach me Shakespeare. :-)

  • That will def be a smart kid

  • Theo FTW!!!!!! I hope my children are as cute and adorable, sharp and witty as this little guy. +{:];-)

  • so cute

  • What a beautiful child, but of course ALL children are beautiful

  • Absolutely amazing.

  • He's so clear, even at the end of the video: "This a book with jigsaws in it, Brian!"

  • and there's the one thats called "Theo at 21-22 months". You could tell how smart and precocious he was even then... he loved reading and knows when to turn the pages of the book etc.. Best of all, when he turns around and smiles at his parents: oh, priceless.

  • They're both precious!

  • Another cute one of Theo has him sing "my wee gas mask". I hope it gets featured by youtube.

  • Awesome!

  • So cool! :-)

  • John Dewey would have despised this....

  • Just wonderful, the both of them.

The wee lad has an amazing eagerness, but the way Brian got him involved and interested by using the hand gestures and tone of his voice, and also to continue even when it seemed like Theo wasn't paying attention (I'm sure many adults would have tried to grab his attention or force him to focus), when it turned out he obviously was still interested just he figured he could still listen while looking out the window.

    Pure class.

  • i hope this child grows up to be at least half as awesome as brian cox

  • Shakespeare masterclass ends with "This is a book with jigsaws in it Brian!"

    Classic

  • I love this!!

  • "This is a book with jig-saws!"

  • He is the voice of Scolar Visari from Killzone

  • awww, i wanna kiss him! the baby that is. so cute!

  • cute kid:)

  • Too cute! Especially nice to see the original Hannibal Lecter working so well with a little kid! :)

  • now thats an education!

  • Haha, so adorable. And a very lucky little man. I'd be a hundred times the actor I am if I'd had someone feeding me Shakespeare at his age. Brian Cox none the less!

  • Haha. Adorable. And a very lucky little man. I'd be a hundred times the actor I am if I'd had someone feeding me Shakespeare at his age. Brian Cox is brilliant.

  • Absolutely beautiful. Children are our greatest teachers, absorb all you can from them.

  • @StephenJTatum .... care to elaborate?

  • @GeoffEberle Simply meant it as a complement , Children naturally act without force or bravado and to learn from them in this great performing world is a marvelous thing. :)

  • @StephenJTatum Whatchu talkin' 'bout? Children don't know jack.

  • That's lovely! I saw this featured on BBC4's "Mark Lawson Talks To..." and had to check it out. Just shows that so many people balk at Shakespeare with actually considering that it might actually be much more accessible than they think.

  • what a lovely moment captured forever. What a beautiful boy.

  • This is amazing..... A.M.A.Z.I.N.G!!!!!!!

  • @marinagonzalezmartin Yeah, it is. lol

  • that old man has an amazing sexy accent lol

  • I love Brian Cox!!! This is so lovely and what life is about. Reminds me of the song 'Teach your Children Well'

  • Exellent! Absolutely wonderful! :D "Yeah, it is!"

Good work Brian. And Theo of course.

    /Theo

  • cutest thing I've seen in a long time!

Is the boy perhaps Mr. Cox's grandson?

  • Wow, Brian Cox...what a legend.

  • Even if the kid probobly doesn't understand what he's actualy saying, his grasp on language is suprisingly good! Now if you don't mind, I think my head is gonna explode from cute!

  • cuttteeeeee :)

  • hahaha!

    how cute!

    iloveit!

  • Hopscotchboss, are you related to Mr. Cox? Send me me greets and ask him please what it was like to work with Rockstar Games...

    Thx for loading this up.

  • Genius! =)

  • How adorable. The little boy's accent is so precious. Start them early on Shakespeare, that's what I always say.

  • oh man - how can something THAT cute be possible??

  • Haha, just seen this clip on BBC's wonderful series Mark Lawson talks to ( Brian Cox).

    Highly entertaining programme.

  • CAA sign him up now.

  • Thats so sweet! My family and I were with him in the summer, and theo is really good at repeating words and gestures

  • HA GREAT!

"And now little man, say 'You're really doing it for me! Why I ain't been this turned on since... Well, let's not go there.' And now say 'You're stacking those corpses up like it was Judgement Day!'"

He's just one of my favs. I even buy films just because he's in them, like RED, RUNNING WITH... and L.I.E, which I normally don't do as I'm not really a fanboy kinda guy. Well, except for B. Cox.

  • By the way, my quotes were from the slasher game MANHUNT. I'd like to know how Mr. Cox felt about doing that sick job. He did a great job there, though the character he 'plays' is evil/sadistic/twisted/mad/fierce like no other character I'd seen before. Okay, I just forgot about Kakihara from Ichi the Killer...

  • Beautiful. That child is lucky that someone cares enough to start him on such literature early :)

I love how he answers with "yes, it is"

  • Love this! Brian should now teach him something from Super Troopers.

  • love the way at the end that the kid is like: Shakespeare or not...I'm out of here..." hehehe

  • Most adorable thing I've seen all week. Maybe all month. Maybe ever.

  • that is amazing and adorable at the same time, it's amaz-able.

  • This is actually the most gorgeous thing I've ever seen! What an amazing kid!! And Brian Cox has the best voice :D AWESOME VIDEO!

I am so teaching my future kids some soliloquies of good old Shakespeare haha

  • This is fantastic! I must teach my children Shakespearean soliloquies one day.

  • Great, great actor, and what a cute kid.

  • so cute!

  • The child is probably thinking..why must I answer this question for this man so many times - can't he get it?

  • My word that little guy is articulate. Every word is as clear as a bell.

  • 30 months?!

    He's 2 1/2 YEARS old.

    Give him his props.

  • The child is in fact smart, because he has a british accent. no further analysis necessary.

  • @CurlehMustash lol agreed.

  • the Brits are going to love you!! XX

  • the kid is like "I wonder what the fuck im saying?"

  • That kid is adorable!

  • hahahahahahhahaha

  • nju7jiu

  • "that is the question" "yeah" SO CUTE

  • 123 TESTUBG

  • i don't know

  • Best just to appreciate neat children without over analyzing an excellent vid

  • It makes him smart because hes looking out the window, and still being able to pay attention enough to repeat all the big words from the poem.

    Think people.

  • @TheShadowCross

    You mean the play. ;)

  • Brian Cox is a bad ass!!!

  • Its nice

  • His reciting lines may no make him smart, but that accent and cuteness go pretty far in anyones book

  • Darn the Kid!! He's a marvelous cute.. what can i say.. i love shakespeare - just many lines to memorize though.. as well as Edgar Allan Poe..
