@brandonbtthomas ; Yes , you do. It has nothing to do with _how_ you get PA. the training is for wearing it <: except NCR salvaged PA but it has lower stats and , it's ugly and sucks ass :---D plus the faction thing "you're now dressed as NCR" ya know...
do i need training for the armor this way
