@lightning452 try a russian or greek tortoise. They always stay small.

@lightning452 if you can find one from an actual licensed Breeder, try to get an Eastern Box Turtle, their great little tortoises, and they dont get big, mostly around the size of an adults hand at full maturity, however Eastern Box Turtles are Endangered so thats why you should get one from a person that has the legal license to breed them, of course if your outside the USA, it migth be a little harder to find a breeder

Eastern Box Turtles are native to the Americas as far as i know
